Born and raised in Denver I grew up in the Washington Park neighborhood.I attended South High School while working for Kephart Architects until 1984 gaining experience in all aspects of building, design and planning. Attended Metro State University business management. Began my real estate carrier in 1994 with Vigil and Associates, a small family run company in southwest Denver. I began my next phase at RE/MAX Southeast where I was a top producing agent becoming one of Denver’s elite agents for volume. Once had a team with nine members. Left RE/MAX Southeast to purchase a Coldwell Banker franchise in the Denver Highlands area.
In 2004 started Infinity Mortgage Company grew the office to 58 employees. Sold Coldwell Banker franchise to rejoin RE/MAX Leaders and focus on only real estate sales. During my time with Coldwell Banker also owned a small real estate book distributed in many major super markets called Casa Bella Homes Magazine.
In my twenty five year career I have also owned many homes that I rented as well as purchasing many Fix-n-flips through the years building on my real estate experience. I belong to the Denver Board of Realtors for the past 24 years as well as serving on the board of Colorado Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. I made the National Assoc. of Real Estate Professionals (NAREP) top 250 agents in the United states the past three years. I am happily married and have two great kids. I am the broker owner of The Devonshire Company. The Devonshire Company is Denver’s oldest name in high end real estate a name that has been part of the Denver landscape since 1972.
